As you know, small enterprises lack funds. So if bank interest rises, the rich will make a lot of money, while the poor will become much poorer. In the past, when I was young, I was poor as well. Probably, due to covid and the Russia-Ukraine war, so many people ara having a hard time now. 70 percent of them in Korea are having difficultie in their life. I always have trouble in making money. Nowadays, some startups are going bankrupt now.  But they have to struggle to survive. Now is the time for them to have no choice but to undergo a wrenching ordeal. I think that they have to learn about 'Boss Philosophy'. I think most CEOs of startups have yet to have it, though it is important. What matters is 'management'. However, they're less experienced. For the past two years, I've invested in 20 startups and met 1500 CEOs. Amid financial panic, the ability to manage their firms matters! Until now, the government has financially supported those startups. On the contrary, however, this has made them become weaker. That is, this has made them 'lions in zoos'. In conclusion, in order to surmount the ongoing financial crisis, they need 'three things': first, management skills, second, great human network and third, expertise!
