I wanna tell you about real estate. Nowadays , the price of real estate is over 1 billion on average in the metropolitan area. Young people are losing opportunities to buy a house. This is definitely a social problem. For ordinary people, 1 billion is a considerable sum of money. So, if you want to buy house, you have to borrow 60 to 70% of the money you need from a bank. Then, you have to pay back 3 million won a month. Nevertheless, you need more 300 to 400 million won. Like this, it's impossible to buy a house. I think that the government has to change its policy toward real estate. More detailed policy is needed. When the price of a house rises, marriage and childbirth can be influenced by that. This can lead to an decrease in population, affecting the state.
