Maybe, from now on, platform businesses in our country will continue to gain momentum. As you know, Naver and Kakao are involving themselves in our daily life. We've accepted the platform bursinesses on the ground that they are convenient to use. There are crystal-clear advantages and disadvantages of platform business. In particular, Naver and Kakao are posing a grave threat to the local businesses. In the case of Korea, large companies are being prevented from entering the area of local businesses. Also, they are finding it hard to enter the area of financial industry. This is the law of separation of finance and industry. Especially, recently, Kakao has launched 'Kakao Bank', entering the area of local business. Naver is dominating the e-commerce market now. Ironically, Naver and Kakao are large companies. In other words, traditional large compnaies, such as Samsung, are not allowed to enter the local business, while Naver and Kakao are doing that. In conclusion, as the world is changing rapidly, the collision between the analogue and the digital is continuing. Laws cannot catch up with that. Naver and Kakao are only recipients of the present situation!
