단, 이게 동사일 때는 발견하다, 찾아내다는 표현이고 찾아내기 쉽지 않은 상황에서도 찾아내는 상황에서 사용됩니다.

적절한 한글 단어로는 "잡아내다"가 좀 더 적절하겠네요.
