The trouble showed signs of struggle between organizations and the controversy is growing over invasion of small business.

The national leading group, National Association of Relief Drivers(NARD) issued objestion to the kakao's policies and plan to protest.

NARD is worried about 20% of high commission imposed to relief drivers(designated drivers).

Although kakao is keeping stubborn the charge is reasonable, NARD is maintaining it's too high and asking to lower down.

Kim jong-yong, president of the organization, said kakao is untruth and change down the policy.

The inflict is growing struggle between drivers' groups, and some drivers presented the petition to the authorites concerned.

They indicated that  kakao signed the MOU to illegal labor union and  asked to investigate the suspious dirty deal between Kakao and the union.
