어? 성경이 읽어지네
창세기 2장 Genesis 2
미국에 살고 있는 나의 여고시절 단짝 친구 순기가 선물해준 책 '어? 성경이 읽어지네'를 읽고 있다. 영어성경과 함께 하기로 했다. 이 책은 지금 창세기 1장에서 11장까지를 이야기하고 있다. 그러므로 난 못해도 하루 한 장씩이라도 읽어나가야 한다. 이 책과 진도를 같이 하려면. 책을 읽다 성경 읽다 하는데 일단 지난번 창세기 1장은 끝냈으므로 오늘도 책으로 성경으로 왔다 갔다 하겠지만 일단 난 창세기 2장을 읽어야겠다. 주일 예배를 마치고 집으로 돌아와 점심 준비 전 잠시 한가한 틈을 타 다다다다 창세기 2장을 읽어보련다. 시작~
Genesis 2
Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created. When the LORD God made the earth and the heavens- and no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no man to work the ground, but streams came up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground-- the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground -- trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
오홋 드디어 선악과 이야기가 나온다. 이 책에서는 선악과, 그렇지만 진~~ 짜 왕은 나다! 선악과가 하는 말이 진짜 왕은 창조주 하나님이라는 뜻이란다. 아담아 내가 통치해줄게. 그게 복이다. 왕권을 사람에게 주었어도 하나님은 창조주로서 사람을 통치할 권리가 있으신 분. 혼자서는 못살아. 나를 닮은 내 아들 나는 너의 창조자. 나한테서 끊어지면 안 돼. 아담이 창조주 하나님의 통치를 거부하고 선악과를 먹죠. 내 맘대로 내 인생 내가 책임진다고. 사람 뜻대로 하기 시작. 여기서 문제. 아담도 괴롭고 하나님도 괴롭고. 오호... 아담이 선악과 먹는 장면이 나와야겠구나. 다시! 읽기 시작.
A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.)

The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush. The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates. The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."
The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. So the man gave names to all the livestock the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the mans ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of th man, and he brought her to the man.
The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman, for she was taken out of man." For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.
오호 25절까지 창세기 2장을 다 읽었다. 여자를 그의 갈비뼈로 만드는 장면 하며 벌거벗고도 전혀 부끄러워하지 않는다까지의 이야기다. 재미있다. 사람은 자기 생각대로 자기 뜻대로 하는데도 행복하지 않다. 인생이 고해라고 하는 그 고해에서 벗어나는 길 그것이 구원이다.라는 책의 글. 따먹지 말라는 선악과를 따먹고 부끄럽게 되고 죄를 지어 하나님도 괴롭고 아담도 괴롭고 모두 모두 괴로운 상황. 복을 주기 위해 사람을 만들었는데. 그래서 생겨나는 구원의 개념이라. 하나님께 가면 구원이 되는데 어떻게 가느냐? 희생제물을 가지고 와라. 하나님을 왕으로 영접 하라. 인정해라 아담아. 내 통치를 받아야 행복해진단다. 그런 개념이라는 책의 글. 오호.
