여보, 이런 것도 그냥 행복이라 할 수 있지 않을까? 꼭 어디 멋진 산에 가야 하고 먼 곳에 여행 가야만 할까? 좀 게으른 사람도 있는 거고 우리처럼 집에서 잘 즐길 줄 알면 그것도 된 것 아닐까? 자연이 그리우면 이렇게 집 앞 호숫가를 걷고 말이지. 이렇게 아름다운데 굳이 멀리 갈 것 무어 있어. 그래, 우리는 참 잘 맞아. 그냥 집에서 빈둥빈둥 그러다 느지막이 해 꼴깍하기 바로 직전에 걷기. 하하 이렇게 걸으면 되었지. 암. 그래도 어디 가까운 산이라도 가까? 너무 집에만 있는 거 아닐까?
하하 매일 집 앞 산책을 하면서 나누는 남편과 나의 대화이다. 무언가 좀 빠릿빠릿하게 산으로 어디로 가지 못하는 것의 합리화라 해야 할까. 우리가 아는 많은 주위 분들은 일단 참 부지런하다. 그래서 울산에 널려있는 산으로 바다로 하루가 멀다 하고 그렇게 다닌다. 그런데 우리는 그러지 못한다. 정말 어쩌다 간다. 그냥 집 근처가 좋다. 그렇게 하루는 또 휙휙 지나간다. 느지막이 산책을 다녀와서 그는 신의 한 수를 들으며 오락게임을 즐기고 있고 나는 방으로 들어와 나의 영어를 한다. 우리의 따로 또 같이 사는 방법이다. 은퇴 후 24시간 함께 있는 남편과는 어떻게든 서로 좋아하는 방식을 잘 조율해야 한다. 우리는 그 조율을 참 잘하는 것 같다. 음하하하

Gangnam is the most expensive place to live in my country, I think. Why is it so expensive? Third, there are many cultural centers such as the biggest concert hall, where people can watch much famous musical, concerts, opera, etc. Fourth, traffic is so convenient with the very good subway. Fifth, it's very easy to get to the famous palace where we can walk.
But I think the main reason why it is so expensive is that it is the best place to study and to enter a good university. Parents want to educate their children in the best place to get them in the best university. Gangnam is the best place where such parents' dreams can come true. I believe that the price of apartment complexes in Gangnam will not decrease as long as the desire of most parents as I mentioned above will not disappear. Gangnam is the best area to study and to learn the newest way of study to enter the best university.

*Using Proper Capitalization
Proper Nouns are the names of specific people, places, things, and so on. The first letters of proper nouns are always in capital letters not in small letters.
Examples:

I like a cookie. (common noun - not capitalized)
I like Oreo cookies. (proper noun - capitalized)
I like to drive my car. (common noun - not capitalized)
I like to drive my Toyota car. (proper noun - capitalized)
I will go to my university. (common noun - not capitalized)
I will go to Tokyo University. (proper noun - capitalized)
*Using the Subject-Verb Agreement
A singular subject must have a singular verb and a plural subject must have a plural verb. It's called subject-verb-agreement.

Example:

(CORRECT - "parents" is a plural noun and "want" is the plural verb.)
