난 참 하고 싶은 게 많다. 왜 그럴까? 남편은 귀찮아서라도 못하겠다는데 나는 그렇게 사람들 만나고 친구들 만나는 게 참 좋다. 서울까지? 그는 돈을 주어도 귀찮아서 그렇게는 못하겠단다. 그런데 나는 간다. 친구가 부르면 서울 아니라 어디라도 간다. 궁금하다. 그야말로 호기심 천국이다. 그러면서 영어도 하고 싶고 태국어도 하고 싶고 글도 쓰고 싶고 책도 읽고 싶고 음악도 듣고 싶고 나의 하고픈 걸 다 적자면 하루 종일 다 써도 시간이 모자랄 판이다. 그러나 그게 스트레스가 되어서는 안 된다. 지금은 그럴 나이다. 시험도 없고 제한 시간도 없고 꼭 해야만 하는 것도 없고 내키는 대로 즐기면서 하면 된다. 그것이 60대라는 나이의 특권인 것 같다. 하하 욕심만 부리지 않으면 얼마든지 나 좋아하는 것을 룰루랄라 즐기며 할 수 있다. 그래서 난 지금 해야만 하는 것들이 많은 것도 같지만 그냥 내 맘이 영어에 끌리니 영어를 한다. 하하 재밌다. 그리고 신난다.

What he should do first is look for the realtor who can show him the apartment that he wants to rent. We have so many realtors on the street, so he can visit any one of them. He has to say about what he wants exactly such as the lease, the rent fee, furnished or unfurnished, etc. Then the realtor will show him the apartment that has the exact conditions he asks. But I suggest him to see at least several realtors before deciding to rent because they have a very different conditions of apartment. If he tried many ways to see the exact apartment which has the conditions that he wants then he can select a very good apartment. We say "balpum panda' in Korean, which means that he has to see as many places as possible by himself. The more he sees, the better he can get the apartment. I suggest him to see the apartments at least one month with the realtor until he finds the best apartment to rent. I didn't do that so I failed to get a good apartment. Therefore, I suggest him to take a long time before making a decision.

Comma before “because” When and, but, and so (coordinating conjunctions) are at the middle of the sentence, we usually add the comma BEFORE it. As for because, we do not add a comma before it since it is a different type of conjunction (subordinating conjunction). To remember easily, we don't add a comma before BECAUSE as a general rule.

because 앞에 콤마를 쓸 때는 and, but, so 같은 대등 접속사가 문장의 중간에 올 때다. 그렇기 때문에 대등 접속사가 아닌 종속 접속사라거나 다른 류의 접속사가 올 때는 before 앞에 콤마를 찍지 않는다. 쉽게 이렇게 기억하라. because 앞에 대개는 콤마를 붙이지 않는다고.
