I have an officetel in Ilsan near Seoul. The person who rented my officetel wanted to move to another place. The realtor called me to get a new person to rent my officetel. I told her to stop. I want to use it as an Airbnb house for foreigners. It looks so good. The rent would be better than the rent of residence in the past. So I have decided to be a host of Airbnb. But my friend who manages a guest house in Myungdong says that it is prohibited by the law to use the officetel as an Airbnb residence. I wondered why, so I asked the government office first about what I should prepare to be a host of Airbnb. I want to use my officetel as an Airbnb house. They say it's against the law to use the officetel as an Airbnb house. But my friend said most jpeople used them as Airbnb houses. There are so many people that become a host of Airbnb with the officetel and use it for customers. But I will not do it because I don't think it's good to do something against the law.

We encourage you to review some of our revisions. 인커리지를 격려하다로만 이해하니 고쳐주며 격려한다는 말인가? 하다 사전을 찾아보니 권장하다는 뜻이 있다. 그렇다면 요것은 우리는 약간의 수정을 하니 참고했으면 한다. 정도로 이해하면 되겠다.
Notes:
1. "Other" usually needs a plural noun after it (more than one). In this case, we can either change it into "another" or "the other" to specify that you are talking about ONE specific noun only.
아하. 그래서 another로 첨삭했구나. 난 그냥 other라고 했는데. 기억하자. 여러 다른 곳일 때 other 딱 한 곳을 지정할 땐 another 또는 the other를 쓰라는 말. 오케이 기억하게씀돠!!!
2. We do not shift from one tense to another if the time frame for each action or state is the same. We do not want to have one time period being described in two different tenses. For example:
Yesterday we walk to school but later rode the bus home. (NOT CORRECT)
Yesterday we walked to school but later rode the bus home. (CORRECT)
시제를 아무리 신경 써도 우리말 하듯이 하면 꼭 틀린다. 조금 어색해 보여도 한 문장에서는 반드시 같은 시제를 쓰도록 노력해야겠다.
