생애 처음, 남편이 끓여준 미역국 먹었어요




결혼 33년 만에 처음으로

남편이 차려준 생일밥상입니다.
딸아이의 성화에 못 이겨 밤 10시가 넘어 마트에 들러 장을 보고,

서툴지만 진심을 담아 준비한 하루.
화려하진 않지만 그 어떤 생일상보다

마음이 꽉 찬 밥상이었습니다.

1. 미역국(Seaweed Soup)

건미역 1.5컵(Dried seaweed 1.5 cups),

쇠고기 200g(Beef 200g),

굴 200g(Oysters 200g),

물 1L(Water 1L),

㉡ 미역, 참기름을 붓고 볶아준다.

㉢ 굴, 쇠고기도 넣어준다.

㉣ 쇠고기가 거의 익으면 끓는 물을 부어준다.

㉥ 거품은 걷어낸다.
