㉠ 표고버섯은 뿌리 부분을 자르고 기둥을 떼낸다.
→ Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms.

㉡ 물에 살짝만 헹궈 +자로 칼집을 내둔다.
→ Rinse lightly and make a cross cut on top.

㉢ 표고버섯, 양파, 당근, 대파는 잘게 썰어준다.
→ Finely chop shiitake, onion, carrot, and green onion.

㉣ 두부는 종이타월로 물기를 제거한 후 칼등으로 으깨둔다.
→ Squeeze excess water from tofu and mash it.

㉤ 돼지고기, 맛술, 후추를 넣고 버무려둔다.
→ Season pork with cooking wine and pepper.

㉥ 양념한 돼지고기에 손질한 재료를 모두 넣어준다.

① 표고전 (Shiitake Jeon)
㉠ 표고버섯에 소금, 후추로 밑간한다.
→ Season mushrooms lightly.

㉡ 밑부분에 부침가루 → 반죽 → 다시 부침가루를 묻힌다.
→ Coat with pancake mix, add filling, coat again.

② 깻잎전 (Perilla Leaf Jeon)
㉢ 깻잎은 씻어 물기를 빼둔다.
→ Wash and dry perilla leaves.

㉣ 뒷면에 부침가루를 바르고 반죽을 올려 삼각형으로 접는다.
→ Add filling and fold into a triangle.

③ 동그랑땡 (Meat Patties)
㉤ 반죽을 동글게 빚어 납작하게 눌러 부침가루에 굴린다.
→ Shape into small patties and coat with pancake mix.

㉠ 계란에 소금을 넣고 풀어준다.
