명절 기분내는 뚝딱 손님접대 한 상차림



명절이 가까워졌습니다.
막내삼촌과 동서가 친정 다녀오는 길에 잠시 들렀어요.

요즘은 차례를 지내지 않는 집도 많지요.
그래도 명절 분위기는 한 번쯤 내보고 싶어
정성 가득하지만 부담은 줄인 상차림을 준비했습니다.

국 하나, 볶음 하나, 전 하나, 제철 나물 하나.
이 정도면 명절 느낌 충분하지요?

1.시락국(Siraek Soup)

쌀뜨물 4컵 (Rice rinsing water 4 cups)

㉠ 우거지는 해동 후 먹기 좋게 잘라 된장에 무쳐둔다.
→ Thaw the dried cabbage leaves, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and mix with doenjang.

㉡ 두부, 홍초, 대파는 먹기 좋게 썰어준다.
→ Slice the tofu, red chili, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.

㉢ 쌀뜨물과 동전육수를 냄비에 넣고 끓인다.
→ Pour the rice rinsing water and broth cube into a pot and bring to a boil.

㉣ 육수가 끓으면 두부, 홍초, 다시마를 넣는다.
→ When the broth starts boiling, add the tofu, red chili, and kelp.

㉤ 모자란 간은 소금으로 맞추고 마늘과 대파를 넣는다.
→ Adjust the seasoning with salt, then add minced garlic and green onion.

㉥ 그릇에 담아 완성한다.

2.제육시금치볶음(Stir-fried Pork with Spinach)

▶ 재료 (Ingredients)

돼지고기 300g (Pork 300g)

양파 1/2개 (Onion 1/2)

미니 파프리카 3개 (Mini bell peppers 3)

시금치 한 줌 (Spinach 1 handful)

㉠ 돼지고기는 키친타월로 핏물을 제거한다.

㉣ 물, 맛술, 고춧가루를 넣고 볶는다.

㉠ 새송이버섯은 도톰하게 썰고 홍초는 송송 썬다.
→ Slice the king oyster mushrooms thickly and finely chop the red chili.

㉡ 소금과 후추로 밑간한다.

㉢ 부침가루를 묻힌다.
→ Coat the mushrooms with pancake mix.

㉣ 달걀에 소금, 홍초를 넣고 풀어준다.

㉤ 팬에 식용유를 두르고 달걀옷을 입혀 올린다.
