세븐일레븐에서 파는 덴마크 맥주 프라가(praga)를 사왔다. 4캔에 4천원이라 난리(?)가 난 듯한데, 사와서 검색해보니 발포주였다!
얼마 전 올린 Ea kaya가 덴마크 가수다. 북유럽에선 아무래도 노르웨이나 아이슬란드가 음악 강국이다보니 덴마크는 그다지 주목하지 않았던 나라다. 혹시나 해서 검색해보니 (나만 모르고 있었던!) Christopher(크리스토퍼)가 나왔다.
이미 국내에도 꽤 알려져 있어서 간단하게 프로필을 정리해보면, 1992년생으로 본명은 Christopher Lund Nissen(크리스토페르 룬 니센). 2012년 9월 대니시 뮤직 어워드에서 올해의 신인상을 수상했고, 2021년 제10회 가온차트 뮤직어워드에서 올해의 가수상을 수상했다.(이상 위키백과)

46만명의 구독자를 가진 유튜버다. 유튜브도 상당히 잘 정리되어 있어서 공식뮤직비디오와 발표곡들을 들어볼 수 있다. 눈에 띄는 작업으로는 유튜브 검색어 'Christopher 청하' 즉, 크리스토퍼와 청하가 부른 'When I Get Old'와 'Bad Boy'가 있다. 내가 처음 발견한 영상도 'When I Get Old'. 조회수가 2592만회(2024년 6월 기준)이다! 살짝 애덤 리바인을 떠올리게 하는 목소리가 매력적이다.

+ 영화 [A Beautiful Life]를 봤다. 크리스토퍼가 주연과 음악을 맡았다. 스토리는 [Once]와 [Begin Again]의 어디쯤에 있는 영화 같지만, 꽤 재미있기도 하고 러닝타임도 짧아서 한번에 볼 수 있었다. 새삼 느끼게 된 건 요즘은 누군가가 '뜨는' 데 인스타그램, 틱톡, 유튜브 같은 SNS이 엄청난 파급력을 가지게 되었다는 것이랄까.
영화에서 크리스토퍼가 부른 'I hope This Song is For You'도 좋지만 역시 'A Beautiful Life'가 영화의 주제와도 잘 맞닿아있고, 내용도 좋았다.
