I am a good sleeper. I am a person born with the blessing of sleeping. I am a person who falls asleep within minutes of going to bed. In the 60 years I lived, I lost sleep less than 3 days a year. But recently, as I get older and have more thoughts, the frequency of sleep disturbances has increased. How can I sleep comfortably?
I've tried many different ways to sleep, but this method worked best for me. On days when I have a lot of thoughts and I can't sleep easily, I quietly close my eyes and think about the moments I was grateful for and the people I love. Then, softly, I felt joy in my heart, and comfort came to me. When I lay down with my eyes closed with such a grateful and loving heart, even if I did not sleep well, I felt that my fatigue was relieved. And I realized I came to experience that fatigue is relieved even if I can't sleep like this. And when I think about how precious the time given to me is and how precious I am, I can sleep comfortably as I am thankful for my body and mind.
There are three spells for good sleep that I have experienced. ‘Thank you, thank you. I love you.’
