I have to love myself first.

You are born to be loved. You have to love yourself as you live hard in this world. Love yourself the way you love your lover. Touch your whole body with your hands and tell me affectionately that you love me. Love has the power to heal wounds.

What's stopping you from loving me? Write down on a piece of paper everything that bothers you. Write down what I must do to get rid of them. Write down the easiest to do first. After that, stop torturing yourself with worry and start practicing what you can do right now.

If I don't bully me, no one else can bully me. When I love myself, the world will also love me. You are born to love. When I love myself, I can truly love others too. Love yourself. Love makes life full and love opens the way to happiness.
