인생은 하나의 조각작품과 같습니다.
사람의 인생은 하나의 조각작품과 같습니다. 조각가가 원석(原石)을 조각하기 전까지는 그저 투박한 재료에 불과합니다. 그러나 조각가가 작품을 구상하고 도구로 조각하기 시작하면 하나의 작품이 탄생합니다. 조각품에는 밖으로 툭 튀어나온 부분도 있고 안으로 쏙 들어간 부분도 있습니다. 미술가는 재료에 오목함과 볼록함을 적절하게 배합하면서 하나의 조각작품을 완성하게 됩니다.
