일단 하늘을 날아오르는 맛을 본 사람은 영원히 하늘을 향해 눈을 들어 올리고 대지를 걸어가게 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 그는 거기에 가 본 적이 있으며, 그래서 늘 그곳으로 돌아가기를 갈망하게 될 것이기 때문이다. 나는 걱정스러운 일에도 웃음 지을 줄 알며, 고통으로부터 힘을 끌어모을 줄 아는, 반성함으로써 용감해질 수 있는 사람들을 사랑한다. 용기가 삶을 위태롭게 만드는 것처럼, 두려움이 삶을 지킨다.
