this writing is only for you, mike :)

today in our 'ipc whatsapp' group many people mentioned your name with some sad things. after that, i looked at your facebook. on your feed i saw your picture. and i realized you had passed away on this monday. i know you told me that you had a health problem. you also told me that you had been taking some pills. i also remember that your roommate philip told us that when you took the pills you needed to get a deep sleep in your room. i hope you had good dreams in your ipc room.

everything was so sad for me and our ipc friends. i started crying. i saw your picture on my phone. after that, all of my friends in ipc went back in time, recalling and reflecting on our memories with you in the 'ipc whatsapp' group. i also sent a message to you in the sky.

too sad. i want to send warm hugs to mike. and always i truly respect all the kindness he has shown. rest in peace. 삼가 고인의 명복을 빕니다.

mike, you were really really kind to me and everyone. thank you for sending me your letter on valentines day. i was happy but i couldnt recognize your handwriting. and thank you for asking our supermarket tirp. that was such a sweet suggestion and good memory for me hehe thank you for telling me that you wanted to be my boyfriend and date me. and thank you for always saying “hi” to me when we met everywhere in ipc. those small things gave me warm strength. thank you for teaching me english. thank you for explaning about your dreamy beautiful country stroy. above all thank you for all your shining kindness. i will always remember that in my life. always you are my friend.

mike, i believe that when a person dies they become a star☆. in my wide sky, there is taeyeon’s star, my grandmother’s star, my uncle’s star, a sunflower’s star, a sloth’s star and now your star. since stars are always in the sky, whenever i miss you, i will look up at the sky. and i will look at the twinkling stars.
