세월호 추모곡

찬란한 햇빛이 비스듬히 들어오는데

손과 발은 차디 차갑게 거칠어집니다.

따스한 햇볕 아래 쌀쌀한 바람 덕에

무거워진 눈꺼풀이 슬며시 감기고 맙니다.

먹먹한 심장을 달래고

숨을 가다듬어 보려 하지만

곤두선 털이 어쩐지 더 비죽 솟아나는

그런, 4월 입니다.

A radiant sunlight slants in

but hands and feet grow freezing cold.

Underneath the warm sun and chilly breeze,

my eyes are closing with heavy eyelids.

Trying to soothe a heavy heart and catch breath,

but the prickly hair somehow bristles even more.

It's that

kind of April.
