걷는다
멈추지 않는다
대지를 딛고 앞으로 나아간다
손과 팔, 전신을 흔들고
눈과 귀, 입과 코가
세상을 받아들인다
혈액이 흐른다
에너지가 돈다
몸 안의 신호가 깨어난다
생각한다
지나온 길을 돌아보고
앞으로 가야할 여정을 그려본다
풍경을 바라본다
정경 속에 내가 있고
사람들 사이에 내가 있다
I walk.
I do not stop.
I plant my feet on the ground and move forward.
My hands, arms and all of body swing,
and my eyes, ears, mouth, and nose
take in the world.
Blood flows.
Energy circulates.
Signals within my body awaken.
I think.
I look back on the path I have taken
and imagine the road ahead.
I gaze at the scenery.
I exist within the landscape,
and I exist among people.
