35. 나 여호와가 말하였거니와 모여 나를 거역하는 이 악한 온 회중에게 내가 단정코 이같이 행하리니 그들이 이 광야에서 소멸되어 거기서 죽으리라
35. I, the LORD, have spoken, and I will surely do these things to this whole wicked community, which has banded together against me. They will meet their end in this wilderness; here they will die.”
44. 그들이 그래도 산꼭대기로 올라갔고 여호와의 언약궤와 모세는 진을 떠나지 아니하였더라
44. Nevertheless, in their presumption they went up toward the highest point in the hill country, though neither Moses nor the ark of the LORD’s covenant moved from the camp.
The result of disobedience and the lack of a complete trust toward the Lord is failure, not defeating, and it also leads to everlasting death. I pray in Jesus name that the hands and the Word of Him should accompany during my days and your days, and our days, so that we may see His Kingdom, His power, and His glory, today and forever, amen.
