1. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
1. The LORD said to Moses,
2. 이스라엘 자손에게 고하여 그들에게 이르라 너희가 내가 주어 거하게 할 땅에 들어가서
2. “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘After you enter the land I am giving you as a home
3. 여호와께 화제나 번제나 서원을 갚는 제나 낙헌제나 정한 절기제에 소나 양으로 여호와께 향기롭게 드릴 때에는
3. and you present to the LORD food offerings from the herd or the flock, as an aroma pleasing to the LORD—whether burnt offerings or sacrifices, for special vows or freewill offerings or festival offerings—
5. 번제나 다른 제사로 드리는 제물이 어린 양이면 전제로 포도주 한 힌의 사분 일을 예비할 것이요
5. With each lamb for the burnt offering or the sacrifice, prepare a quarter of a hin of wine as a drink offering.
Our God is the generous Father who shows us the way of salvation from our sins and prepares the way of forgiving us. The best sign of it seems to me the offerings of the lamb, which is the best and the holiest sacrifice, and the wine, which is Jesus' blood as a drink offering.
Without it, I have no hope of living as the result and end of my life is predestinend, the eternal death. I always make mistakes in my presumptions of God's will, because of the lack of trust, impatience, and, foolishness etc. However, thanks to Jesus' sacrifice and His forgiveness, I am still alive and live my days. I pray that He is with me and I am filled with the Holy Spirit, so I could play the role of light and salt, living today, amen.
