충실감

Gratitude: 정말 바빴던 지난 며칠. 그래도 확언대로 충실하게 살고 있는 것 같아서, 내가 지키고 싶은 좋은 습관들이 조금씩 몸에 붙은 느낌이라서 참 좋다. 오늘은 좀 더 논문에 집중할 수 있는 하루가 되었으면.



Affirmation: I compartmentalize my study and teaching. Make sure the first thing I need to do is dissertation writing and my research. I focus on the most important task to complete a fair amount of writing and reading. After finishing it first, I spend the rest of the time on teaching.


I am an expert on my topic. I read, write, and think to have complete mastery over my topic.


I am a consistant writer. I write at least one paragraph on a daily basis. I keep it going to get in the flow.


I find a journal that is the right fit for what I write so that once completing my chapter I submit the manuscript right away.


I am as worthy, deserving, and capable of achieving everything I want, in every area of my life, as other people on earth. The only thing separates me from the most fulfilling life I can imagine is my level of commitment to become the person I need to be to achieve the things that I want. From this moment on, I am 100% committed to my personal development each day so that I can create and sustain the level of success that I truly want and deserve. I commit to schedule and follow through today with the necessary actions that I will ensure that I create the fulfilling life I deserve to live. From this moment on, I am being authentic rather than being perfect.
