* I think we need to have a heart-to-heart talk.  

 In our lives, there are times when a request is not accepted, such as not being accepted by regulations or not being accepted in principle, in a conversation with the other person.  A lot of such things happen in customer center phone consultations or public institution complaint calls.  In this case, since the request is not accepted, I often get angry or use abusive language, and you hear comments that you are recording to protect the workers answering the phone.  However, if you think about the nature of the requirements, there are many cases where the fundamental purpose of what you really want is not organized due to ignorance or one-sided thinking.  It can be said that it is a kind of self-limitation.  When you ask or inquire about something to the other person, you must learn how to communicate honestly and accurately, saying, “If you don’t know, I don’t know, you have to understand.”  You can't get anything out of the other person with a one-way street where only your opinion is right.  Lastly, I think that even in a relationship between a man and a woman, if you are honest with your feelings while being well-mannered♡
