* Many city residents commute by subway every day.

 Currently, about 24 million people, half of the population, live in the metropolitan area, which consists of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon in Korea.  In this area, it is possible to move to a nearby area by a village bus or a regular bus, but you must use the subway to move to a long distance.

 Local cities also have subways, and for some long distances or 20 to 30 minutes of time reduction, subway and bus transfers are also used. In the future, due to population saturation in the metropolitan area, it is expected that people will have to move to local cities voluntarily or inevitably.

 The disappearance of county units is unavoidable, and county units with good productivity are frankly better places to live than Seoul.

 As water flows naturally, I believe that the market situation in the domestic region will be adjusted naturally in the near future!
