* When you are sick, take medicine and get some rest.
* I overworked today and now I am exhausted.
* He is burn-out. He needs some rest.
To say the conclusion first, now the era has arrived where sufficient rest is a success. In the past, Korean society was a country that achieved economic development called the Miracle on the Han River after the armistice agreement in 1953, passing through an era of confusion between democracy and communist socialism.
Although there was an IMF foreign exchange crisis in 1997 and a financial crisis in 2008, after that, except for BRICS, which refers to China, Brazil, Russia, India, and South Africa, Korea entered a low-growth economy called the New Normal. On the other hand, now, in a state of global stability, the role of the state is heading toward a democratic welfare state that must intervene even in matters of people's livelihood. Therefore, although fiscal soundness should be considered, the welfare budget has become an essential item of national fiscal policy.
These days, the word brun-out is used a lot, but in fact, compared to people in the past, it may be a word that means a weak state. However, now that everything has been systematized and legislated, the world has already arrived where people can live and eat as long as they are not excessive or extremely insufficient, unless they have great greed.
That's why the word "work & life balance" came into existence. Also, it is said that health rather than profit, these days, few people make money while losing health. That's how many people agree with the spirit of "You only live once" to enjoy life, and we live in an era where people actually act. In conclusion, I hope to live a successful life by adapting well to the changing world with sufficient rest before becoming a burn-out♡
