[사업4년차] 2016년 와이엠컨설팅 성과 Review
경영의 목적, 의미있는 지표는 무엇인가?
와이엠컨설팅에게 올해 12월은 좀 여유롭고 한가할 줄 알았는데 현재 진행중인 기업 컨설팅 프로젝트 2건이 있어서 우리 영맨들이 고생을 많이하고 있습니다. 또 내년 초 교육들이 예정되어 있어 준비하느라 정신이 없네요. 2016년 한 해를 정리할 시간도 없이 바로 2017년을 준비하고 있습니다. 올 한 해 고생한 영맨들은 1월에나 몇 주 정도 푹 쉴 것 같습니다.
올해를 돌아보면 단 한번의 외부 영업이나 유료 광고(네이버 키워드 광고도 없이)도 없이 광고비용 0원으로 오로지 고객의 검색이나 소개(추천)로만 전년 대비 성장했고, 사무실 이사도 하고, 자본금도 늘리고(2천만원에서 5천만원), 직원도 늘어나고, 갚아야 할 빚도 없고... 어려움 속에서도 풍성하고 감사했던 한 해였던 것 같습니다.
특히 올해 의미있는 지표는 바로 신규 고객수입니다. 피터드러커가 언급한 경영의 목적인 '신규고객 창출'이라는 측면에서 전년 대비 기업고객이 2배(13개 기업에서 27개 기업)로 늘어났고 대학 고객도 정확히 2배(7개 대학에서 14개 대학)가 늘어났습니다. 내년이면 사업한지 5년차(2013년 1월 10일)가 되고 법인전환을 한 지 2.5년(2014년 7월 1일)이 되는 해입니다.
초기 350만원으로 시작해 외부 도움없이 여기까지 왔네요. 이제서야 조직형태를 갖추었으니 이제부터가 시작입니다. 늘 겸손한 마음으로 초심을 잃지않는 와이엠컨설팅이 되겠습니다. 모든 것을 주관하시고 이끌어주시는 하나님께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 2017년 복 많이 받으시고 경기가 올해보다는 좋아진다고 하니 모두 화이팅하시길 바랍니다. ^^

YM Consulting, professional training and coaching company, is still busy with ongoing consulting projects in the end of this year. We need to prepare the corporate training and consulting for 2017 so there is no time to relax. Maybe in Jan of 2017, YoungMan can go on the winter vacation.
This year we did not spend any money and time on the outbound sales or advertising. Compared to last year, our sales and profits are increased while budget on AD was zero . There were lots of issues for us, first we moved our office to the better place, second we increased the company capital from 20 million won to 50 million won, third we recruited more people(great people) and lastly there is no debt to pay now.
We found the meaningful number, the growth of the customers' number in 2016. As Peter Drucker, management Guru, mentioned that the objective of business is creating new customer, it is regarded as meaningful performance in that perspective. Our companies(13 to 27) and universities(7 to 14) customers are doubled compared with last year just by our customers' recommendation or internet searching. 2017 would be the 5th year of launching our business.
Even though we started this company with only 3.5 million won, we succeed to achieve financial independence. We will continue to grow constantly with a renewed mind. We give thanks to God for all these things and opportunities. The news says the economic situation of next year would be better than this year so let's cheer up!
