지난번 멘티의 모의면접 도움 이후 오퍼 받았다는 소식에 무척 기뻤다.
기념으로 소소한 축하파티도 같이 하고 좋은 기운을 많이 받아와서 다음 멘티의 모의면접을 도와주었다. 이번엔 매니저 롤에 맞게 Behaviour interview 질문들을 추려 45분 정도 모의면접을 진행했고 이어서 피드백 15분+ 진행했다.
