토요일에 남자들은 정리합니다
세탁하고 수선합니다
그리고 집으로 편지를 씁니다
일요일은 어떤가요
일요일에 남자들은 기숙사를 떠납니다
젊은 사람들은 그들의 여자를 만나러 가고
늙은 사람들은 기차를 타러 역으로 갑니다
결국 당신들에게 시를 위한 시간은 없는가요
보시다시피 우리에게는 시간이 없습니다
그러나 우리는 함께 무언가를 만들 것입니다

Welcome comrade poet
When can you read us your poems
How about after work
After work
The men are tired
They can't wait to get back to their dorms
How about Saturday
Saturday the men tidy up
Wash and mend
And write letters home
How about Sunday
Sunday the men leave the dorms
The young to visit their girls
The old to the station to wait for trains
So you've no time for poetry
We've no time as you can see
But we'll make some together
