삼성전자 HBM3E 미달 중국용 HBM3 승인에 한국언론 ‘엔비디아 통과’

삼성전자의 HBM3 칩이 엔디비아의 중국 시장 진출용인 낮은 단계로 개발된 “덜 정교한 엔비디아 그래픽 처리장치(GPU) H20”에 한정 사용의 외신 보도를 근거하면서 한국언론들은 대부분 ‘엔비디아 통과’로 밝혔다.

로이터는 관계자 인용에서 “중국용 H20에만 사용”으로 보도하며 “다소 흐릿한 청신호”의 ’불투명 평가‘로 23일 보도했다.
