영업장소와 개인이동 통제에 집중된 거리두기 단계별 방역 방식이 장기거주시설인 요양병원과 교도소내 감염확산과 가족내 감염 비중이 높아지며 자가격리의 이동통제 방역 피해지가 됐다.

28일 서울시 감염통계는 ‘무증상자 비율 2주 전 35.3%에서 지난주 38.1%로 1주일에 3% 증가로 증가율 10% 육박’이며, 감염경로 불분명도 2주 전 29.1%에서 지난주 32%로 3% 증가이며 1/3 이상이 이미 휴대전화추적 방역시스템을 벗어났다.
