통화량 증가 기업 줄고 주식자금 빠져 대기자금 증가

대출 규제와 주식 약세에 자금이 빠르게 은행에 몰리고 시중 통화량은 증가세가 커졌다.

한국은행의 10월 시중 통화량 M2가 3550조6천억원으로 전월대비 38조원(1.1%) 증가하고 전년대비 12.4% 증가하며, 전월 증가(17조4천억원)에서 2배 이상 커졌다.

금융기관 10월 통화량은 581조6천억원으로 10조4천억원(1.8%) 증가하고 저축성예금이 11조4천억원 증가하며, 증시 약세장에서 주식시장 예탁금이 1조6천억원 감소했다.

기업 부문의 통화량은 1042조5천억원으로 전월대비 8천억원(-0.1%) 감소하고, 가계와 비영리단체 통화량이 1719조5천억원으로 전월대비 18조3천억원(1.1%) 증가해 경기위축을 반영했다.

정부의 주택 대출 규제에서 10월 전세자금 대출 포함 주택담보대출은 전달(4조7천억원) 보다절반의 2조4천억원 증가의 증가세 급감이다.

The corporate sector’s money supply was 1042 trillion won, down by 800 billion won (-0.1%) from the previous month, and households and non-profit organizations’ money supply increased by 18.3 trillion won (1.1%) to 1719.5 trillion won, reflecting the economic slowdown. .

According to the government's housing loan regulations, housing mortgage loans including Jeonse funds in October increased by 2.4 trillion won, half of the previous month (4.7 trillion won), and sharply decreased.

M1 (consultation currency) of immediate cash increased by 18% from the same month of the previous year to 1345 trillion won, and the waiting fund expansion continued with an increase of 5.4 trillion won (1.2%) from the previous month.
