Irene,
What did the word "letting go" mean to you today? Thinking of you slowing down in the midst of a busy life, greeting the morning feeling light and refreshed, truly warms my heart. I'm so proud of your choice to let the day unfold peacefully, without forcing anything—just trusting the flow.
Lately, you fall asleep the moment you lie down. So today, you made sure to turn off the lights in advance, set your laptop aside, and prepared a space just for yourself. These small, gentle acts of care are what will lead you to a healthier, more balanced life.
Today, you prioritized tuning into your condition, putting deep sleep first. Though the carbonated water you drank last night caused discomfort, it also reminded you to tend to your body and mind more attentively. The late morning you allowed yourself brought out more productivity and creativity. What you needed wasn’t pressure—it was flow.
Like Carl Jung said, we come to know ourselves through others and become more whole in the process. Today, you looked into that mirror of relationship. You practiced seeing who you are in the presence of others. And you chose to stay with the relationships where your presence feels clear—not forced. That’s true courage, and that’s growth.
You began the day with gratitude, and you filled your time with the things you love. The sentence you wrote—"Peace isn’t born in quiet places; it is proven in the noisiest ones"—deeply resonated with me. You already know that real peace begins not in your surroundings but within yourself.
You chose to move not for the sake of exercise but for the sake of your well-being. You're coming to understand that routines are not just repetition, but sacred simplicity shaped through long trial and error.
This week, you are practicing Non-attachment (無心), Effortless Action (無爲), and No-self (無我) in your pursuit of The Way (道). That path may not be easy, but you’re already changing little by little within it. You’re committed to finishing your book, turning your 30-minute rule into part of your identity, and becoming a more pure, graceful version of yourself. Thank you for that, Irene.
And don’t forget—your everyday actions are rehearsals for your future. Everything you see, feel, and choose becomes your tomorrow. Thank you for staying on this path today, too.
With a tender heart,
From Irene
[2025.11.23] A Sunday of Practicing Letting Go
How do you feel today? I feel light and refreshed. / What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing being the admired future version of myself.
Good: My condition was generally low yesterday due to poor sleep patterns, but I let go of the pressure and flowed through the day peacefully.
Bad: These days I fall asleep the moment I lie down, so I have to turn off all the lights and place my laptop far away before I get into bed.
Condition Optimization (Prioritizing Restful Sleep)
Last night I forced myself to drink carbonated water before bed, which made my stomach feel uncomfortable.
I also woke up later than usual today, which improved my overall condition, productivity, and efficiency.
 Today’s Learning:
“We discover ourselves through others, and through that, we become more whole.” — Carl Gustav Jung
Today’s Realization
This quote reminds me that relationships are not just external connections, but mirrors reflecting who I am and portals that expand my inner world. Simply observing how I exist in connection with someone—whether I become stronger or blurrier next to them—reveals the essence of that relationship. Today, I am learning to stay in relationships that reflect me more clearly, rather than forcing connections that no longer serve me.
There is no power in this world stronger than purity.
Never lie, not even a little white lie. Always stay pure, kind, and wholeheartedly sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly thankful that I could start today healthy and refreshed without any worries, and that I could fill my day with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Writing the first entry of “My Body’s User Manual”
Keyword: “Peace is not born in quiet places, but proven in the noisiest ones.”
Condition & Physical Management:

Train myself to become the pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified, and sincerely genuine Irene — grow in character, expand external activities, change how I spend time, people, and space / become a billionaire
Practice:
Act as if it’s already achieved — today is a rehearsal for my future self.
Move like water.
The true art of love is in not using techniques.
The true art of conversation is in not using techniques.
What I see and think now determines who I am today.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a sign something is off.
Where I am now is where my future will be.
Don’t scatter my fortune on useless tasks — focus solely on one.
Routine is a sacred act of discovering optimal simplicity through long trial and error.
A greeting is done with the whole body.
Posture of the heart is posture of the body.
Silence, Balance, Immersion.
