Starting Monday with a Pure Heart (02/10/2025)
How do I feel today?
I’m truly grateful that I’ve almost fully recovered.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying my future ideal self.
Good:
I maintained moderation while considering my condition, spending the day calmly and without overexertion.
Bad:
I ended up talking on the phone for over an hour again yesterday. I must practice absolute restraint. It’s affecting my overall condition and sleep quality.
Learning:
"One who has mastered the science of self-control knows good and evil, right and wrong. Because they know, they live accordingly, practicing righteousness without questioning what is pleasurable or unpleasant. Their nature aligns with conscience, leaving no regrets. Their heart resonates with the great law, freeing them from suffering and guilt. With evil gone, all that remains is goodness."
— James Allen
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely grateful that I can start my day feeling healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with the things I truly desire.
Today's Joys:
One thing: Complete my workout routine as quickly as possible and prepare for tomorrow’s outdoor activities.
Keywords: Purity = Righteousness = Principles = Proven through experience
Today's Realization:
"When one controls and subdues their nature, refraining from thoughts and actions that violate the law of justice, suffering and defeat are removed. They transcend the rule of sin, sorrow, ignorance, and doubt, becoming strong, calm, and peaceful."
— James Allen
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Tasks: VIP connections / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Dusting / Returns

"A master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain composed."
Exercise not just for the sake of exercise, but for my condition.

This week's goal: Spend an entire day at the Four Seasons.
February’s goal: Implement a new routine and go out at least once a week.
2025 goal:
Train myself for personal growth to become an Irene who is purely kind, polite, humble, calm, graceful, and genuinely sincere.
Increase outdoor activities.
Change time, people, and environment.
Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if I have already achieved it—Today is my time to practice being my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love is having no technique.
The true art of conversation is having no technique.
What I see now and what I think now determines who I am.
If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a sign that something is going wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
To avoid scattering my luck, focus on one thing.
Routines are sacred acts, perfected through years of trial and error.
Greet people with my whole being.
My mental posture determines my physical posture.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
