The sound of rain is as beautiful as music, making me feel at peace.


What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing being the admirable future me.


Good:


By setting clear deadlines and executing my daily routine, I have experienced firsthand how much more efficient, productive, and higher in quality my results become. I must always focus on efficiency while developing my skills. I'm doing so well.


Bad:


None.


Lesson Learned:


As the saying goes, “The closer the relationship, the more courtesy is needed.” No matter how comfortable we are with someone, if we hurt or inconvenience them, we must apologize sincerely.
A person with love in their heart already knows how to apologize properly. But for those who don’t yet understand, here’s a hint: sincerity.

Avoid excessive isolation exercises and focus on muscle-cardio workouts.


Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = split training


Compound movements = low-weight deadlifts


Muscle-cardio, Pilates, stretching



A true master can handle any situation with composure.
An elite creates an environment where they are always at ease.
Exercise should not be just for the sake of exercise, but for optimal condition.

February Goal: Engage in at least one outdoor activity per week with a new routine.


2025 Goal: Train myself to become a person of purity, kindness, courtesy, humility, composure, and sincerity. Increase outdoor activities. Change my time, environment, and social circles. Become a billionaire.



Training:


Act as if you have already achieved it—today is a time to practice being my future self.
