How do I feel today?
I managed my week well, so I feel calm, composed, and at ease.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying my ideal future self.
Good:
I skipped my workout yesterday due to heavy rain, but I applied the lesson I learned from my past experience of working out during a thunderstorm. Taking a day off has improved my overall condition.
Bad:
None.
Lessons Learned:
Everything in this world, everything we see, is not necessarily trustworthy. If we become too immersed, we may find ourselves trapped. If we do not escape in time, we will be consumed by the flames and reduced to ashes.
The fundamental philosophical questions at the core of this are:

Defining the world and myself in a single sentence may be foolish and arrogant. What I see might not be the truth, or it might not be the whole picture.
The world is perceived only as much as my mind allows. Am I confining myself within the small vessel I created?
Am I willingly staying trapped in a fire I can escape from?
To understand the world I am creating, I must constantly ask myself:
