I feel incredibly light and refreshed as my condition has recovered, and I’m so happy to skip school.
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my ideal future self.
Even setting aside small things for a moment and feeling happiness makes me wonder if this is the path to choosing heaven. Being able to purely enjoy without even a hint of guilt seems to be a skill in itself.
My sleep quality wasn’t great last night, probably due to excessive protein intake and taking supplements too late in the evening. Today, I need to manage this well to ensure a deep and restful sleep.
Energy: The power to awaken oneself to strive constantly and make efforts to complete one’s tasks.
Frugality: Focusing one’s strength in one place, avoiding unnecessary expenditure of money and mental energy. Mental energy, in particular, is an inner capital that must be preserved.
Integrity: Maintaining honesty in all circumstances, thoroughly upholding all promises, agreements, and contracts without considering gain or loss.
Order: Arranging all details under discipline, organizing scattered matters into one, reducing unnecessary work and mental overload caused by tension.
Empathy: A broad, generous, gentle, and kind heart. A heart that is tolerant, free, and compassionate.
Sincerity: A sound, whole, solid, and truthful heart. One that does not change attitudes between public and private settings or secretly do wrong while outwardly appearing good.
Righteousness: Justice. Not stubbornly clinging to one’s own opinions but fairly considering the other party’s perspective.
Self-Reliance: Instead of clinging to external possessions that can be lost at any time, trusting and relying solely on one's own firm and unyielding principles.
A life built upon these eight pillars inevitably leads to success. The power of these pillars surpasses any physical or intellectual strength. A person who perfects all eight becomes invincible.

“Build your character, construct the house of your life, and establish the temple of your prosperity. Do not be a foolish person who repeatedly stumbles and rises according to the uncertain currents of selfish desires. Work diligently and calmly, and complete your career perfectly. In doing so, stand firm on the unshakable and everlasting principles of truth, becoming a wise person unaffected by any external winds.”
— James Allen
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
