Saturday of Discipline Trainin

Saturday of Discipline Training (03/01/2025)

How do I feel today?

I feel a bit heavy due to hormonal changes, but I will try to go through my routine mechanically as much as possible.

What do I want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my ideal future self.

Good & Bad

✅ Good:

Yesterday, I had to finish my routine early to run some errands. I managed to complete everything efficiently and productively, proving that I can adjust my schedule well. I will continue refining this approach.

❌ Bad:

At the end of the night, I failed to exercise restraint and ended up staying on a phone call for too long. This negatively affected my condition today. The conversation itself wasn’t particularly meaningful, leaving me with a slight sense of emptiness.

Lesson of the Day

Lack of self-restraint is foolishness, and foolishness can never surpass wisdom. Only those who learn to calm and control their wild and unpredictable thoughts grow wiser every day. Even if the temple of joy is not easily built, those who patiently lay the foundation and build its walls will eventually live peacefully in the beautiful home they have created. Wisdom resides in self-restraint, and within wisdom lie joy and peace.

— James Allen, “As a Man Thinketh”

Gratitude Note

I am sincerely grateful that I can start another day feeling healthy, refreshed, and free of worries, filling my time with what I truly want to do.

Today's Enjoyment

One Thing: Move slowly and mindfully throughout the day.
