True Enlightenment Journey Thursday (02/27/2025)
How do you feel today?
My thoughts and feelings seem to be finding their place now. I feel peaceful.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, practice being the person I admire in the future.
Good:
I realized that when unnecessary thoughts linger and spiral, they eventually trigger anxiety and emotions that can harm relationships. Whether good or bad, prolonged thoughts affect us emotionally, so it’s crucial to stop pointless predictions or imaginings. Ultimately, thoughts are the cause, and life is the result of them. I feel like I'm moving in a better direction thanks to this realization, and I’m grateful for it.
Bad:
I must always remember that sticking to my routine is the key to maintaining inner peace and tranquility. I’ve realized that when my routine is disturbed, my peace of mind can shake. It’s important not to lose the flow of my life no matter what happens. And I should never think, analyze, or use the computer right before sleep.
Learning:
New situations arise, and more pure, spiritual tools appear to support a happy ending. Without making mistakes, there's nothing to regret, and by not acting selfishly, there's nothing to be anxious about. As truth becomes the source of action, there’s no more sadness.
Those who work and wait with perfect restraint, not needing to control themselves with difficulty, will find that the things they long for will come to them, asking to be accepted.
What is gained through passionate haste and selfish desire, no matter what it is, will only be properly fulfilled when quietly let go. Nature never hurries. It perfectly prepares and presents everything in its appropriate season.
– James Allen, The Law of Success
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely grateful that today I can start my day healthily and refreshed without worries, and live a day filled with the things I desire.
Today's Joy:
Today's one thing: Write one more piece = Increase productivity
Keywords: Mastery over senses/thoughts = Spiritual life. Happiness. Health = Self-control - No ignorance, selfishness = Enlightenment = Purity
Today's Enlightenment:
Lack of restraint is foolishness, and foolishness cannot precede wisdom. Only those who learn to calm and control their wild and unpredictable thoughts grow wiser day by day. Although the temple of joy may not be easily completed, those who steadily build its foundation and walls will eventually dwell peacefully in the beautiful home they have built. Wisdom resides in restraint, and joy and peace reside within wisdom.
There is no stronger force in the world than purity.
Absolutely never think, analyze, or use the computer before bed.
Never tell even a tiny lie, always be pure, kind, and sincere.

Condition and Physical Management:
Sleep:
6 hours (6-12) Sleep quality (high), Skin (high), Physical condition (high), Emotions (high), Productivity (high), Efficiency (high), Creativity (high)
To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths must be kept.
Detox day must be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate goal: Focus on muscle cardio without isolation exercises - 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Split workout = Upper body - Compound movements = Light deadlifts - Muscle cardio, Pilates stretching
A master can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Let’s focus on exercise for condition, not just for exercise.

This Week’s Goal: Spend an entire day at Four Seasons.
February Goal: Try a new routine, with at least one outdoor activity a week.
2025 Year’s Goal: Train for personal growth to become a pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified Irene with sincerity and authenticity. Increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and spaces, and become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it – today is the time to practice the future version of myself.
Go with the flow naturally.
True love's skill is not to use skills.
True conversation skill is not to use skills.
What I see now and the thoughts I have now determine my current self.
If I’m not enjoying something, it's a sign that something is going wrong.
The place I am now is my future.
Focus on one thing so my fortune doesn’t scatter on unnecessary things.
Routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through years of trial and error.
Greetings are done with the whole body.
Mindset is body posture.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
