How do I feel today?
Yesterday, my workout performance was excellent, and I had a deep, restful sleep, so I am in optimal condition.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Yesterday, I felt like I took another step forward in living a life I wouldn’t be ashamed of. I can sense my identity growing stronger, allowing me to carry myself with confidence. While shopping at the market, I noticed a miscalculation at checkout, and although I could have ignored it, I chose to go back and pay the remaining amount. It was slightly inconvenient, but I felt proud for making the right choice.
I noticed myself becoming impatient again in my actions, words, thoughts, and even my walking pace. It might be due to slight hormonal fluctuations, but the key is recognizing these changes and training myself to remain calm and composed. I must continuously refine my ability to maintain a peaceful mental state.
Anger and impatience arise easily and naturally in many people because they repeatedly engage in hurried thoughts and actions. Over time, these repetitions become habits, and the habits grow deeper and more ingrained. Likewise, tranquility and patience can be cultivated in the same way—through conscious repetition until they become second nature.

I am genuinely grateful for waking up today without worries, feeling healthy and refreshed, and being able to fill my day with the things I desire.
One thing to focus on: Training myself to interpret everything through the lens of the ideal version of me.

At first, maintaining thoughts of peace and patience requires effort, but once it becomes part of daily life, it turns into a habit. Eventually, this habit becomes "second nature," and anger and impatience will permanently disappear.
