I feel good because I am focusing my thoughts and managing my mind well.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying my ideal future self.
Good:
Yesterday was tough for various reasons, but I rested well from exercise. My body feels slightly heavy, but I think it will be great to work out early today.

Thinking carelessly and thoughtlessly, often called indiscretion, is linked to failure, wrongful actions, and misery.

To maintain good sleep quality, physical condition, and skin health:
Regular body massages and warm baths are essential.
A detox day at least once a week must be maintained.
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal:
Focus on muscle-aerobic training instead of isolated exercises.
Keep workouts under 30 minutes to trigger a dopamine spike.
Split training (upper body today).
Multi-joint exercises with low-weight deadlifts.
Include Pilates stretching.

Do not exercise just for the sake of working out—exercise for optimal conditioning.
