Flowing Naturally Like Water - Saturday (02/22/2025)


How are you feeling today?

I feel good after gaining a lot of insights from the book I encountered today.


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the person I admire in the future.


Good:

I think I am doing well in practicing the understanding that the future is an unpredictable and uncontrollable realm, and I am embracing it naturally. By simply calming my mind, I am experiencing how life becomes freer and more peaceful. Instead of asking "why" about things that happen or people I encounter, I believe it's important to hold on to the truth that everything has a reason, even if I can't understand it at the time. Over time, I always find clarity and realize that everything happened for my benefit. Believing in this truth helps keep my mind stable and peaceful.


Bad:

None.


Learning:

Today's Insight:

Studying and practicing psychology and philosophy feels like a deep and meaningful exploration, but I believe that the simple truth we all know is the key: stop doing evil and do good. In our thoughts and imaginations, we might think we are always walking the right path, but actually practicing goodness and stopping evil in thoughts, words, and actions is not easy. Nevertheless, we can live a life of slowly stopping evil and doing good every day.


Purity is the strongest force in this world.

Never tell even the smallest lie, always remain pure, kind, and sincere.


Tasks:

Benefactor, Calendar, Cleaning, Laundry, Completing assignments, Sneakers, Cleaning the upstairs stairs.


Condition and Physical Management:

Sleep:

8 hours (4-12) Sleep quality (Excellent) Skin (Excellent) Physical condition (Excellent) Emotional state (Excellent) Productivity (Excellent) Efficiency (Excellent) Creativity (Excellent)

To maintain the quality of sleep and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths should be kept up.

One detox day per week should be maintained.


Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate goal: Focus on muscle endurance and cardiovascular fitness without isolating exercises - 30-minute sessions = Dopamine spike = Upper body compound movements = Light deadlifting = Muscle endurance, Pilates stretching.

A true master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Let's exercise not for fitness, but for condition.

This week's goal: Spend a full day at Four Seasons.

February goal: Do outdoor activities at least once a week with a new routine.


2025 goal: Become a pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified person with sincerity and authenticity, and train for personal growth. Increase outdoor activities, change time, human interactions, and spaces. Become a billionaire.

Act as if you've already achieved it - today is the time to practice your future self.

Flow naturally like water.

Wherever I am now is my future.

Don’t let your energy disperse on trivial things, focus on one thing only.

Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.

Greeting should be done with the whole body.

Mindset reflects the body posture.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
