I’ve gained clear insight and learned the optimal way to practice it. I’m grateful for my continuous growth, and I feel proud and fulfilled.

What I had only read in books, I now fully understand through personal experience. I’ve realized that humans don’t just attract what they desire but draw the life they see themselves living. As I become the person I am, my surroundings change, and my vision of the future becomes clearer. I am truly grateful for this experience and the excitement it brings, as it fills me with hope. Now, with more wisdom and clarity, I feel I can attract even more effectively.

To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, I must regularly keep up with body massages and half-body baths. A detox day at least once a week is also a must.
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate goal: Focus on muscle aerobics without isolating exercises – 30-minute sessions = dopamine spike = upper body – compound exercises = low-weight deadlifts – muscle aerobics, Pilates stretching
A true master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where ease is always possible.
Let’s exercise not for the sake of exercise but for the sake of well-being.
