Although I am going through an emotionally sensitive and unstable period, I am on my way to finding peace.
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admired version of my future self.
When I allow myself a little bit of leisure, unnecessary thoughts seem to naturally seep in. On the other hand, maintaining a moderately busy routine prevents pointless worries and fears from taking hold. It seems that keeping a well-balanced routine is the most crucial thing.
Moving forward, I need to develop the habit of reading books by James Allen or Bob Proctor first before diving into new ones. I’ve noticed that when I drift away from their messages for too long, their influence begins to fade. It’s time to reestablish a routine that truly works for me.
None.
"Seize the rudder of your thoughts firmly with your own hands. The captain who steers it has been lying idle within the ship of your soul. Wake him up. Self-control is power. Right thought is mastery. Calmness is strength. Say to your heart, ‘Peace, be still!’"
— James Allen

Since yesterday, I’ve suddenly felt emotionally unsettled, and upon reflection, I think the cause might have been a slightly relaxed schedule and routine. Moving forward, I need to build a more structured, productive, and efficient routine. At the same time, I will work on organizing my thoughts and emotions calmly.
However, I am doing well. Step by step, but surely, I am heading toward inner peace.
