How do you feel today?

I feel so excited and happy!


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admirable future version of myself.


Good:

Yesterday, I spent the whole day attending classes without feeling stressed or pressured to do exceptionally well. Instead, I allowed things to flow naturally, and everything unfolded smoothly like a flowing river. Moreover, something I had long desired finally came true, filling me with gratitude and excitement. It was truly an amazing experience. I realized once again how important it is to let go, release tension, and allow things to flow naturally.


Bad:

During class, I think I reacted a bit too emotionally when presenting. In hindsight, I wonder how it would have been if I had remained calmer. Maintaining composure and emotional stability is always the most important thing.


Lesson Learned:

The skill of letting go and accepting things as they flow naturally.


Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely grateful that I can start my day feeling healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and that I can fill my day with the things I truly desire.

Just as I learned yesterday, I will once again execute my routine today by letting go and allowing things to flow naturally.

Today’s Realization:

I have come to realize that during periods of hormonal shifts, my thought patterns also change. The issue isn’t that unnecessary thoughts arise, but rather that these thought habits form due to hormonal changes. Recognizing this is crucial. Instead of viewing these moments as something wrong, I should accept them as a natural flow and practice letting them pass lightly.


There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie, and always be pure, kind, and sincere.

Sleep:

11 hours (2 AM - 1 PM)

Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, overall condition, and healthy skin, I must regularly incorporate body massages and half-baths.

A detox day at least once a week is a must.


Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal:


Minimize isolated muscle training and focus on muscle-aerobic workouts.

Keep workouts within 30 minutes to maximize dopamine spikes.

Split training into two sessions.

Upper body: Multi-joint movements

Lower weights + deadlifting

Muscle-aerobic training

Pilates stretching

A master can handle any situation with ease. An elite person creates an environment where they can always remain composed.

I should exercise not just for the sake of working out but for maintaining my overall condition.
