Calmly Wrapping Up the Week on Sunday (03/30/2025)

How do you feel today?

Overall, I feel great and refreshed.

What do you want to do today?

Read, exercise, practice being the person I admire in the future.

Good:

Yesterday, I finished my workout routine as quickly as possible, and I didn’t feel overly fatigued after the workout. This allowed me to spend my afternoon more efficiently. I adjusted my routine due to some unpleasant things, but I ended up using my time more effectively and productively.

Lesson from yesterday: “Everything happens for a reason.” Once again, I realized this.

Bad:

None.

 Today's Lesson:

Try to live peacefully with everyone as much as possible. Even one enemy is too many. When conflicts arise, choose the morally superior path and live gracefully. When someone wrongs you, leave revenge to karma and take revenge by living a life of world-class quality.

The key is to avoid people who cause problems. People raised in environments filled with dramatic events and constant issues often unconsciously and consciously recreate dramatic events and problems because that state feels familiar and safe, like a home. Avoid people who constantly engage in dramatic events and negative speech. Otherwise, soon they will destroy your greatness and ruin your life. That is their role.

Never underestimate the influence of your peers. Through the phenomenon of emotional contagion and the activation of mirror neurons in the brain, we tend to mimic the behavior of those we associate with often. Fill your life with people who are extraordinary, progressive, healthy, positive, ethical, and full of sincere love. Over time, you will begin to display those noble traits as well. Know that if you allow people who drain your energy and passion into your life, you will inevitably become like them. - Written by Robin Sharma

✨ Today's Insight:

I had an epiphany that the most important thing is not meeting good people but avoiding those who negatively impact my life. Some people tend to intrude unnecessarily into my life, and in such cases, avoiding them may be the wiser choice. I realized that avoiding the people who made me uncomfortable, rather than trying to resolve the situation, is a better path. For example, I was disturbed by someone during my favorite workout, which made me anxious. After adjusting my time and changing my routine to avoid that person, I noticed better results in my workout. By adjusting my time and creating an environment that suits me, I learned that I can use my energy and life quality more efficiently. Ultimately, avoiding unnecessary interference from people and situations is the key to maintaining my greatness and progressing in a better direction.

Today, I will practice limiting my intake of natural proteins and reduce magnesium intake to 50mg.

Pure sincerity is one of the strongest forces in the world. Never tell even the smallest lie, and always be pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Notes:

I’m truly grateful to start the day healthy, refreshed, and filled with the things I want to do, without any worries.

Today's Enjoyment:

Today's one thing: Upload an exercise article.

Keywords: Optimal health = True wealth / Life foundation / Vitality = Best health = Nutritional control = Sleep = Habits = Slow aging = Sovereign self

Condition and Physical Care:

Sleep:

9 hours (5-2)

Sleep Quality (Excellent)

Skin (Excellent)

Physical Health (Excellent)

Emotions (Excellent)

Productivity (Excellent)

Efficiency (Excellent)

Creativity (Excellent)

For the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.

I need to maintain at least one detox day per week.

Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike in 30 minutes = Today, absolutely no isolation, multi-joint exercises with low weights and aerobic movements.

Lower body (hip contraction) - Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - General muscle and aerobic multi-joint exercises.

A master can calmly deal with any situation, while an elite always creates an environment that allows for calmness.

Exercise for conditioning, not just for exercise.

This week's goal: Spend Saturday at Four Seasons

March goal: Spend at least one week every month at Four Seasons

2025 Goal: To be a person of pure soul, kindness, respect, humility, calmness, dignity, and authenticity. Focus on personality growth training, increasing external activities, changing time, people, and space, and becoming a billionaire.

Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it—today is the time to practice being the future you.

Flow naturally, like water.

True love does not force technique.

True conversation is not about using techniques.

What I see now and what I am thinking now defines who I am.

If you’re not enjoying something, it’s a signal that something is going wrong.

Where I am now is where my future will be.

Don’t let your energy be scattered by useless things. Focus on one thing only.

Routine is the sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.

Greetings are done with the whole body.

Mindset is body posture.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
