Saturday Routine Adjustment (03/29/2025)


How do you feel today?

I feel a bit heavy, but I’ll try to wrap up the day as early as possible.


What do you want to do today?

Read, work out, and practice becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.


Good:

I’ve enjoyed the pleasure of fasting workouts. Despite knowing that it leads me to extremes, both physically and mentally, I’ve been able to maintain it. I’m recognizing that, both physically and emotionally, I feel a slight instability, signaling that I need to readjust to a healthier routine. I’ll start making adjustments from today.


Bad:

Based on my past experience, when I’ve gone for workouts late at night, dangerous situations arose. It's definitely time to re-adjust my routine.


� Lesson of the Day:

Look into the mirror. Your relationship with yourself predicts your relationship with the world. Remember that you have an inherent longing for silence and solitude, and in that solitude, your self-awareness grows. "All human problems arise because humans cannot sit quietly alone in a room." Let go of the desire for the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the tranquility only possible in the early morning. It is through escaping solitude that we escape freedom.

✨ Insight of the Day:

Yesterday, I was emotionally unstable and sensitive due to a bit of stress, but luckily, today, a good book helped me resolve many of those feelings. Reading is a precious experience where we meet new authors every day, encountering their thoughts and gaining insight. Especially the moments of realization that come with it bring such profound satisfaction, and the euphoria I feel with the release of dopamine is joy beyond compare. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to grow through books, and for the time and financial freedom that allow me to do so.


Purity is the strongest force in this world. Never tell even the smallest lie—always be pure, kind, and sincere.


Gratitude Notes:

Today, I sincerely thank you for being able to start my day without worry, feeling healthy and refreshed, and for living a day filled with the things I desire.


Today’s Enjoyment:

Today's one thing: Finish the reading routine and complete the workout routine as soon as possible.

Condition and Physical Management:

Sleep:

7 hours (8:00 PM - 3:00 AM), Sleep quality (excellent), Skin (excellent), Physical condition (excellent), Emotions (excellent), Productivity (excellent), Efficiency (excellent), Creativity (excellent).

To maintain good quality sleep, skin, and physical condition, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential.

A detox day should be maintained at least once a week.


Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate goal: 30-minute dopamine spike = Today, absolutely avoid isolation and focus on multi-joint/low-weight, multi-joint muscle and aerobic exercises.

Legs (hip contraction) - Legs (hip, hamstring relaxation) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - Overall muscles & aerobic multi-joint exercises.

Masters can handle any situation with ease, and elites always create an environment where they can be relaxed.

Let’s work out not for exercise but for maintaining good physical condition.

This Week’s Goal: Spend Saturday at Four Seasons.

March Goal: Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons.

2025 Goal: Train my personality to become a pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and graceful Irene, focusing on personal growth. Increase external activities, change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.


Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it—today is the time to practice becoming your future self.

Flow naturally like water. True love doesn’t require force.

True conversation doesn’t require force.

What I see now, the thoughts I have now, determine who I am now.

If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a signal that something is wrong.

The place I am now is my future.

Don’t let my luck get scattered on trivial things—focus on just one thing.

Routine is the sacred act of finding the optimal simplicity through trial and error.

Greetings are given with the whole body.

Mindset is body language.

Silence, moderation, and immersion.
