Grateful Friday (03/28/2025)
How do you feel today?
I am filled with gratitude for another day and feel excited.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my admired future self.
Good:
By reducing my protein intake and not taking multivitamins, my condition is at its best. I’ve realized that the optimal way to maintain health in this world is to find what works for my body.
Bad:
I watched some martial arts videos, and due to the algorithm, I ended up watching violent content, which has left me feeling mentally drained. I think it’s time to reorganize my algorithm again.
Today’s Learning:
We often fight against things we don’t want, but actually, doing so only leads to more fighting. When we focus on good things, it makes us feel better, and this attracts more good things into the world. At the same time, it brings more good things into our own lives. When we feel good, we are elevating both our own lives and the world!
Think, feel, and believe that what you want has already happened, and be thankful.
– Rhonda Byrne
Today’s Insight:
I realized that fighting against things I don’t want, or resisting them, is actually focusing on them. I need to use that energy to focus on the things I enjoy and keep myself in a good mood. The more I try to avoid or fix things I don’t want, the more they become amplified. Ultimately, what matters is focusing on what I like and keeping my emotions in a happy and good state. This is really important, and I’ve come to understand that this attitude is also a form of training.
Pure as Power:
There is no stronger force in the world than purity. Never tell even the smallest lie; always be pure, good, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely grateful that today I can start a day full of health and freshness, filled with things I desire to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing:
Practice speaking about my reflection notes and create a routine for uploading voice files.
Keywords:
Don’t interrupt; luck = gratitude = X familiarity.

Ultimate goal:
In 30 minutes = Dopamine spike - Today, I will focus on compound movements and lower body (hip contraction and relaxation) = Hip thrust / Deadlifting.
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound and aerobic exercises.
An expert handles any situation with ease, while an elite creates environments where they can always stay calm.
Exercise for overall condition, not just for fitness.

2025 goal:
Become Irene with pure soul, kindness, etiquette, humility, calmness, dignity, sincerity, and authenticity through character growth training. Increase external activities. Change time, people, and spaces. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it – Today is a time to practice becoming my future self.
Flow like water, naturally.
True love’s skill is not using skill.
True conversation’s skill is not using skill.
What I’m seeing and thinking right now shapes who I am today.
If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a signal that something is going wrong.
Where I am right now is my future.
Don’t let my energy be dispersed on trivial matters. Focus on one thing.
Routines are sacred acts of finding optimal simplicity through long trials and errors.
Greetings are done with the whole body.
Mindset is posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
