Calm and serene.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admirable version of myself in the future.
Good:
Yesterday, I felt so good physically and mentally that I spent an incredibly productive and efficient day. My life overall feels much more organized because of it.
Bad:
I went to sleep last night slightly hungry, knowing that it would affect my sleep quality. I need to remind myself once again that because of my naturally high metabolism, sleeping on an empty stomach negatively impacts my overall condition the next day.

When you wake up early in the morning, quietly meditate. Cast out wrong thoughts and weakness, and begin the day with a strengthened body and mind. Without proper preparation, you will never overcome temptation.

✨ Today’s Realization:
Thought is the cause; life is merely the result. I realize more and more how much the thoughts I choose today will shape my day and my life. Therefore, it is essential to make an effort to cast out weakness, to strengthen my body and mind, and to intentionally start the day with a disciplined will. Only then will I be able to live the day not swayed by circumstances but directed by my own will. Without preparation, I will lack the power to overcome the temptations and difficulties that arise throughout the day.
There is no greater power in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.

I am sincerely thankful that today, once again, I can start my day healthy, fresh, without worries, and live a day filled with the things I want to do.

30 minutes max — avoid dopamine spikes — focus on compound, lower body exercises (glute, hamstring relaxation)
Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (glute, hamstring relaxation) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound & cardio
An expert can handle any situation with ease.
An elite creates an environment where they can always remain at ease.
Exercise not for exercise’s sake, but for overall condition management.
