Optimizing Condition on Tuesday (03/25/2025)
How do you feel today?
Physically and emotionally, I feel optimal—refreshing and excited.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the person I admire in the future.
Good:
In the past two days, I’ve been feeling unusually sluggish. So yesterday, I reduced my protein intake and focused on compound exercises, and my condition is now optimal. I’ve realized again that I must find the right answers for myself.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
Nietzsche said, "We do not see things as they are. We see things as we are." Ultimately, the world isn’t bad, and people aren’t bad. When I am anxious or confused, the world feels rough and irritating.
✨ Today’s Insight:
For the past two days, I’ve been overwhelmed by irritation and negative emotions. But looking back, it wasn’t an external problem—it was an internal one. Increasing my protein intake amplified my sensitivity and anxiety.
Two days ago, when I went to the gym, there were two people occupying the shoulder press machine and chatting for 20 minutes. Normally, I would’ve just left, but strangely, I couldn’t resist asking, "How many sets do you have left?" When they said they just started and continued talking, I even said, "Aren't you just talking?"
Normally, I would have just said I’d do shoulder exercises tomorrow and done something else, leaving calmly. On my way back home, I thought, “The world isn’t falling apart just because I couldn’t do a shoulder press. Why did I react so sensitively?”
I felt embarrassed and realized that my immaturity and lack of composure affected my behavior.
In the end, I was reminded once again that my condition, both physically and mentally, plays a big role in shaping my attitude and emotions. Strength is skill, and strength is character.
Purity is the strongest force in this world.
Never tell even a small lie; always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely grateful that today, like every day, I can start healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with things I want to do.
Today’s Enjoyment:
Today’s one thing:

For optimal sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.
One detox day per week should be maintained.
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike in under 30 minutes.
Today, I focus on compound exercises, especially lower body (glute contraction), full-body muscle engagement, and cardiovascular exercises.
A true expert can handle any situation with composure, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain composed.
Exercise should not just be for fitness—it should support overall well-being.

Act as though you’ve already achieved it. Today is a time to practice becoming the person I want to be in the future. Let things flow naturally.
True love doesn’t use techniques.
True conversation doesn’t use techniques.
What I see now, what I think now, determines who I am.
If I can't enjoy something, it’s a sign that something is going wrong.
The place I’m at now is my future.
Focus on one thing to avoid spreading my energy unnecessarily.
Routines are sacred acts of finding the optimal simplicity through trial and error.
Greetings should be made with the whole body.
My mindset is my posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
